What is the Waterpoint's occupancy capacity?

Waterpoint Premier Lakeside Venue will accommodate 300 people seated with a dance floor.

How many events are held per day?

We only have one event per day, we feel that your event is important and deserves our full attention. All events must end by midnight.

What kind of transportation options are available?

We can arrange the customary limo services as well as exotic options such as arrival or departure by boat, jet ski, party barge, sea plane or Helicopter.

Are we allowed to bring in our own caterer, food or alcohol?

Yes, you can rent the facility and arrange for your food services from an outside source. Also, alcohol is allowed as long as you hire TABC Certified Bartenders to serve the drinks. We prefer to pamper you with our In-House Catering Team because we know you will be impressed on the day of your special occasion. However, if you chose to utilize an outside service, our staff will be ready to assist. We will work with you “As a Team” to fulfill your special occasion. 

What does it cost to have a Wedding or Special Occasion at Waterpoint Event Venue?

Every Special Event is unique and deserves our attention to detail. Do you offer Special Package Pricing which includes the Venue, Food & Beverage?

Of course ! The packages are designed to provide our clients with stress free planning before, during and after your special event. Our pricing is clear and easy to understand. We do not have hidden fees or surprise additions to your bill. If we rent the Event Venue and have our own Caterer and Event Planner, what is included with the Event facility?

Use of the entire facility for the whole day! This includes the Grand Room, Lakeside Veranda & Ceremony Stage, welcoming foyer, elegant Bridal/Dressing Salon and private Men’s & Ladies restrooms.

Black granite buffet tables, two beverage bars, black chiavari chairs, 60” round dining tables, 6’ display tables, cocktail & bar height tables and the most gorgeous views of the water!

If we rent the Event Venue facility and utilize our own Caterer and Event Planner, what is cost for the Event facility?

Depending on the day of the week and the time of the year, prices range from $1,800 to $9,900 per event. These prices do not include food or beverage. This includes all that is listed above!

What is required to reserve Waterpoint?

A deposit and signed agreement are required to reserve Waterpoint.
